1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings, sessions, and website use provided by EQ Flow ("we", "us", "our") operated by Isabelle ("practitioner"). By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We offer the following services (online and/or in-person, as stated at booking):

  • Tarot readings / intuitive guidance

  • Mediumship sessions

  • Reiki / energy work

  • Intuitive life coaching / mentoring

  • Other spiritual or wellbeing services as advertised from time to time

Service descriptions, durations, and fees are listed on our website or booking page and may change over time.

3. Scope of Practice

All sessions are provided as spiritual, intuitive, and wellbeing-based support and are intended for reflection, personal insight, and emotional support.

Sessions are not a substitute for:

  • medical care or diagnosis

  • psychological therapy, counselling, or psychiatric treatment

  • legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice

If you require professional or urgent support, please contact an appropriately qualified provider. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact emergency services.

4) No Guarantees

Because intuitive work is interpretive and experiential, we cannot guarantee:

  • specific outcomes or results

  • that a particular loved one will come through (mediumship)

  • that messages will be delivered in a particular form

  • accuracy as measured by your expectations, timing, or later events

You understand that you remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions.

5) Eligibility (Age + Capacity)

  • Sessions are available to clients aged 18+ unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • By booking, you confirm you have the legal capacity to consent and participate.

  • We may decline or end a session if we reasonably believe the service is not appropriate or safe for you at that time.

6) Suitability & Wellbeing Boundaries

To protect client wellbeing and practitioner ethics, our services may not be suitable for everyone. We recommend postponing sessions if you are experiencing acute or overwhelming grief, severe mental health distress, or are unable to engage safely and groundedly with the session content.

We do not provide crisis support. If you disclose imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, we may encourage you to seek immediate professional support.

7) Booking & Payment

  • Fees are shown at the time of booking and are payable in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment is required before the session can be confirmed.

  • Prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

  • You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or platform fees charged by third parties.

8) Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Client cancellations/rescheduling:

  • More than 24 hours before the session: you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund.

  • Within 24 hours of the session: payment is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

  • No-shows: the session fee is forfeited in full.

Travel fees:
Any additional travel payments previously declared as a requirement at the time of booking will be cancelled and refunded if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice. Travel fees forfeited within the 24-hour window are non-refundable.

Practitioner cancellations/rescheduling:
If we need to reschedule, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund of the session fee.

9) Online Sessions (Tech Requirements)

For video-call sessions, you are responsible for having:

  • a stable internet connection

  • a private, quiet space

  • working audio/video

Please join on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show at our discretion.

If technical issues occur, we may (at our discretion) continue by audio only, reschedule, or provide a partial credit depending on circumstances.

10) In-Person Sessions (If Applicable)

If an in-person service is offered (e.g., in-home Reiki in Perth):

  • You agree to provide a safe, appropriate space for the session.

  • We may end the session immediately if we feel unsafe or if boundaries are breached.

  • Travel fees will be disclosed at booking and are payable at the time of booking.

11) Recording & Consent

  • Sessions may not be recorded by clients or third parties without prior written consent from the practitioner.

  • EQ Flow will not record sessions unless explicitly agreed to in advance.

  • You may not reproduce, publish, or share session content (including audio/video) in a way that misrepresents the practitioner or violates privacy without written consent.

12) Confidentiality & Privacy

We treat your personal information and session content with respect and discretion.

However, confidentiality has limits:

  • where required by law

  • where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm

We may keep brief notes for continuity of care. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we collect and store personal information.

13) Recommended Practitioners & Third-Party Services

EQ Flow may recommend or refer you to other practitioners or services. These practitioners are independent of EQ Flow and operate under their own practice guidelines.

We are not responsible for:

  • the quality, conduct, or outcomes of third-party services

  • any advice or treatment provided by recommended practitioners

  • disputes between you and a third-party practitioner

If you are interested in services from a recommended practitioner, you are responsible for enquiring directly with them about their qualifications, approach, fees, and terms of service. We encourage you to ask questions and ensure you feel comfortable before booking.

14) Code of Conduct (Mutual Respect)

We maintain a respectful, professional space. Harassment, threats, discrimination, or boundary violations will result in refusal of service with no obligation to continue the session or future bookings.

15) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EQ Flow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your booking applies.

17) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
