1. Services Provided
All sessions are designed to support personal clarity, self-reflection, and growth. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are fully responsible for any decisions or actions you take as a result of your session.
2. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been processed. Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session may not be eligible for a refund.
If you miss your session without notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrivals.
5. Confidentiality
All sessions are held in a safe and confidential space. Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
6. Tipping & Contributions
Tipping is completely optional and appreciated. Tips are used to support the continued growth and accessibility of our services. Please note: tips are not tax-deductible and are not considered charitable donations.
